Mooring wire roδ♠÷pe products have high manufac✘•∏turing requirements. I ¥t is basically monopolized ✔β→by foreign steel wire rope manufactu∞↔δ♥rers. my country's steel wire rope ♠✔☆±manufacturers are restri ₩♠↕cted by various constraints, suc✘¥h as lack of large-scale single-strand steel×​‍ wire rope twisting equi♠​pment, lack of large-scale ₹βtensile test equipmen♣&t, lack of large-scale steel wire rope thick plas∑∞<​tic coating equipment, h₩>♠$igh strength and large specifications The product±β ion problem of rope wir ≈α£e. The transportation of large-size ste←↕el wire ropes is difficult,•¶'♦ so that there are very few domestic com$€λpanies that can produce such high-tech stee‌¥✘l wire ropes. However,↑‌ this status quo has attracted great attent↓≤☆₩ion from some domestic steel wire rope man‍←☆ufacturers.

Introduce the background, neces☆§ sity, formulation process and main content of $‌♥™the development of the GB/T3336$≥☆4-2016 national standard‍≠₹$ for marine engineering mooring wire ropes.

The two main terms of mobile moor↔ ing and long-term mooring in marine engi¶•neering mooring are defined, and the cont ₹πent of order and technical req↔ uirements for marine enginee♦σring mooring wire ropes are formulated'→. The standard mainly includes three types of £÷€±steel wire ropes: 6-stran↕×d steel wire rope, s↓ 'ingle-strand steel wire ₽♦ ♠rope and fully sealed steel wire rope. Th♣§"e nominal diameter is dete$'rmined to be 52-160 mm. The standard stipulat∏→π₩es that the technical requirements of round₹♥"​ steel wire (including •™∑©center steel wire, filler < ‍✘steel wire and rope core steel wire) bef‍₽ore rope making should meet t ®he mechanical performance requirements of YB←¶♣/T 5343. The coating↕¥' of round steel wire §↕refers to ASTM A586 Class A, and the sε&≈pecial-shaped steel wir÷>↑∏e refers to EN 10264-3. . YB/T 5343 stand↓™₹₩ard is not adopted for ♠×≈$the small weight of ≥αthe steel wire in the steel wire rop♠• e, because the steel wire rope for marine ∞↓↓$engineering mooring requires high anti-corr‍€osion performance. Therefore, the coa∏ 'γting weight of the 6-strand steel wi↕♠‍ re rope and the single-str$δand steel wire rope adopts ASTM A586 Class A₽‍♥® for reference, and the Z-shaped ♣♣®steel wire in the fully sealed ste'€↑↔el wire rope refers to ¥±♠÷the static use of Class AB coating in the EN10264≤  ♣-3 standard. There is only one kind ×€✘≈of steel core for the 6-strand steel wire r♦£÷≈ope core. A core composed o®→f an independent steel→← wire rope (IWRC). Wire strand core (WS©•♣C) for single-strand wire rope≈×‌× and fully sealed wire rope.

The wire rope grease for ₽ ↔marine engineering moori∏≥♣↔ng should have good lubrication and anti-coΩ•↔rrosion properties. Therefore,✘‍↑ the current wire rope grease standard<↔ NB/SH/T0387 is not directly∞←‌ used, but based on the cu★←​✔rrent market high-performance wire rope requi♠♣₩<rements for grease. T✔€α®he technical indicators ¶®of the grease: the dropping poin ←t should not be lower≥₩ε than 85℃, the kinematic vis β♣✔cosity should not be lower than 100 mm2/s (10‌π±0℃), the penetration degree sho✘→∑→uld not be lower than 13∑​₩0 (1/10mm), the adhesion rate s™‌hould not be lower than 95%, Other relevan↔σ÷t technical requirements and te ©"st methods should comply with the regulation★÷φ≤s of NB/SH/T 0387 or user requirements.

In the national standard GB/T33α÷‍←364—2016 of wire rope  σs for marine engineering mooring, t∏®←↔he six-strand wire rope☆≠¥s in Table B.1 to Tabδλ∑δle B.7 in Appendix B list 16 typical st✔βructures, and the single-strand wire rope ♦₩₽lists 1×127, 1× There are 6 types of 169, 1×2π↑₹17, 1×271, 1×331, 1×397~1×β↕547. The sealed steel wirα£ e rope lists three-layer, fou←₹"r-layer, five-layer fully sealed steel wα≠<‍ire rope and six-layer and above fully seal$©ε£ed steel wire ropes. There are 2 cate φ↔↓gories of wire ropes.
