rope core

The main function of the rope core‍‌ is to support the steel wire>©> rope to achieve a stable cross-sectional Ω©±εstructure. The rope core includes↑← ∏ a steel core and a fiber core. The fiber cor↑σ≠ e includes a natural f✘↕αiber core and a synthetic fiber core, su✔₽ch as sisal, jute, cotton, etc.,  λε<and the synthetic fiber→↔ core includes polyethylene π¶and polypropylene filaments. The natural‌׶↓ fiber core can store more gre≠φ‌ase to lubricate the wire rope and prolong the s¶'§ervice life of the wire ∞¥♦©rope.

Grease

Spraying grease during the twistiββ&ng process of steel wire♣‍ rope has two main functions.<₽ One is to lubricate the wi "re rope to slow down the wear on the surfac£≈πe of the steel wire.
