rope core

The main function of the rope core is t♦✘←o support the steel wire rope to achieve a sta&←↕₹ble cross-sectional structure. The ‌→®rope core includes a steel core and★> a fiber core. The fiber core i↓γ∏ncludes a natural fiber core and a sλ♥↑σynthetic fiber core, such as sisa ≠™l, jute, cotton, etc., and the synthetic fiber∑‍ core includes polyethylene and polypro≠≥€¥pylene filaments. The natural fiber co"←re can store more grease to lubricate th÷£e wire rope and prolong theΩ​ service life of the wire ro®¶pe.

Grease

Spraying grease during the twisting process ♥ σ≠of steel wire rope has two↕→ main functions. One is to lubri✘™₩cate the wire rope to slow ∏γ₹♠down the wear on the surface of the steel wi¶♦•‍re. The other is that the grease can i≤•≠↕solate the surface of the steel wir₩₹±£e from oxygen in the air and cause ox₩€Ωidation and corrosion to the wire rope. Play an ₩βΩinhibitory role.
