rope core

The main function of₽ §​ the rope core is to support tε•he steel wire rope to achieve a stable cro₽•®ss-sectional structure. The ♦γ↕rope core includes a≈>Ω steel core and a fiber core.≈✔  The fiber core includes a natural ↔™βfiber core and a synthetic fiber co ≤γ↓re, such as sisal, jute, cotton, etc., and the sy→∑↑nthetic fiber core includes↑λ polyethylene and polypπ‍∞₹ropylene filaments. The natura€σδl fiber core can store more grease to lubrica∑↕te the wire rope and prolong th‌÷←₩e service life of the wire ro&>>pe.

Grease

Spraying grease during the twisti"£ng process of steel wire rope has two main fu'∞nctions. One is to lubricate the wir∏¥¶e rope to slow down the wear on theα♥λα surface of the steel wire.
